Efforts include new product and service ideas, new technology adoption roadmaps, marketing strategies, business model innovations, commercialization and go-to-market strategies, consumer and market insights, and capability building. Responsible for tens of millions of dollars in new revenue for client organizations.
Product & Operations Strategy
1998 - 2005
Began my management career in a product operations environment, leading the development of legal case summary production and publication. Direct management of 110 employees before becoming a product director with a business unit of 95 employees with a $3.3M yearly budget. Led a new product introduction effort, responsible for market strategy, P&L, and operations. First-year income of $1.05M with 10% ROI.
